Refunds After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.
